What food do i go Bananas for?

So I have been less active then I would like lately and need to trim down a bit.  In memory of my favorite foods that I love and have a propensity to over-indulge in I am commemorating them.  I hope you try some of them because they are deeeeeeelicious.

Some of my favorite foods:

South African Smoke Seasoning from Trader Joe’s

Garlic Chipotle Salsa from Trader Joe’s (soooooo grrrrrrreat!)

Pink Grapefruit

Unsweetened Almond Milk

Black bean and Corn enchiladas from Trader Joe’s only 260 calories and vegan!

Peanut butter and bananas, but not on bread (not uber healthy but sure is delicious!)

Bru-Bru African Hot Sauce.  Hands down my favorite hot sauce of all time!!!

Real chili covered mangos from Mexico (not the packaged stuff found in the local grocery store)

It is so beautiful and sunny today, but i am stuck inside, so I thought I would brighten up the day with some highlights from LA.  LACMA is by far my favorite place to go. I love LA in general since there is so much to do and fun things to see.

Take a Inspiration Walk

Walk of Inspiration...  I love art walks, I like the quiet among the hustle and bustle of people.  The first Saturday of every month is the Santa Ana Art Walk.  There are always a ton of people but even with a lot of people around looking at art is quiet and like I am in my own world.  I like to go to art walk by myself to look at the art and then meet up with friends after.  Here are two of my favorite pieces I saw this Saturday. 

Both were at GINAC Gallery, i called for the artists information but didn't get a call back. Give Some Love

Act of Kindness

Today at work one of my lovely office mates brought me a little bag of awesome make up!!! I love trying new things and I love make up in general.  Little surprises like that make my day.  Another awesome surprise that happened is when something random pops into your head to tell someone and it is the right thing they needed to hear and it touches their heart.   One of my best friends is going through a hard time and randomly I HeyTelled her how much I love being her friend and it was just what she needed to hear.

So go do some small random act of kindness today and watch how you make someone’s day J

Here are some of the pictures from my “photo-shoot” at the park with my beautiful model Leah.  She was so patient with me and a totally awesome sport considering that I did her makeup and hair totally different then she is used to.  Love her.
